This hotel suits me perfectly! It offers great amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I remember how staff helped serve my elderly parents during my first stay. I highly recommend it! I’m coming back for Christmas.

Take advantage of the quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM for a restful night. it's very effective for uninterrupted sleep.

My stay was absolutely dreadful, the so-called "complimentary breakfast" was a sad excuse, I nearly walked out in embarrassement. Plus, the pool was closed, and not a single soul cared for my comfort. I expected at least a discount for my troubles, but was treated like just another face in the crowd. I almost thought I woudl leave a good review, but. nope.

The culinary joy of Blue Ash blew me away—snacks and eats were true hidden gems! The King Suite was surprisingly spacious, and the shower stocked with nice products added a sweet touch. Plus, the comfy bed made all those culinary adventures even better!

Now, on to the quirks, the pool was closed and a ridiculous $300 extra for the hot tub? The room arrangement was odd with a desk blocking the beds, and the breakfast was a bit of a snooze fest with limited options and not-so-great coffee.

my stay at the ascend hotel was fantastic! the rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast selection was great, much better than what i experienced before in blue ash. the attentive reception staff made my weekend trip feel extra special and exceeded my expectations.

the tv in my room wasn't working properly.

The remodel certainly needs more attention to detail, especially in the bathrooms!!! The elevator noise was frustratingly loud and the hot tub felt more like an oversized pool. The shower pressure was half-hearted at best!!!

Had a canny stay! The staff were proper friendly, especially Aisha at check-in, making me feel right at home. The spacious room was spotlessly clean and the décor brought a taste of New Orleans! Only downside was the breakfast could use a bit more variety.
