However, the staff went above and beyond to rectify the situation within 15 minutes, showcasing their dedication and efficiency. The buffet breakfast provided was satisfactory, and the kitchen staff even prepared freshly fried eggs upon request. The complimentary wifi was a major highlight, with strong and fast connection speeds. The room itself, though compact, was comfortable and clean, offering all the basic amenities one would need for a short stay.

The location of this hotel is excellent in proximity to the metro station, approximately 5 blocks away. It is also great because it is close to transportation, shops, and entertainment. Despite the rooms being a little small, they were still comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was delicious, with a big variety of fruits and bread, and lots of different options each day.

I recently stayed at a no frills hotel and I have to say, it was worth the money. The service at Ibis was excellent, with Hernan at the front desk always ready to assist. Isabel, in particular, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, with her warm smile and accommodating nature. The property was clean, with good wifi and a wide selection of TV channels. The beds were comfortable, and the cleaning staff were friendly and polite. I also appreciated the 24-hour lobby snack bar.
