Luxurious spa services and outdoor heated pool.

I couldn’t even take a proper shower after a long day skiing, forcing me to use the spa showers instead. The elevator was so tiny and slow, that I often had to wait forever, especially during peak hours.

Man, the spa was a lekker way to chill after hitting the slopes. Swimming laps in that big pool was just what I needed! Plus, the saunas are a real treat.

Couldn’t find a Jacuzzi to unwind properly, though. Eina!

An upgraded spacious suite offered a comfortable retreat, featuring beautiful decor and cleanliness. The spa facilities were impressive, especially the relaxing saunas and outdoor pool, perfect after a day on the slopes. However, the dining experience fell short. the service was lackluster, with a long wait for orders at the bar, and the food was hearty but lacked flair. Homemade muffins were a delightful treat, yet the overall dining could benefit from more variety and improved execution.

The reception staff seem to lack customer service skills!!! Inconsistent heating and hot water issues made for uncomfortable nights. Elevators are slow, and the spa has overcrowding problems that detract from the experience!!! The quality of amenities needs serious improvement!!!

Had a fantastic time skiing right from the hotel doors, truly just step out and hit the slopes. The staff was incredibly friendly, especially Zoran the doorman, who was a real gem, always there with a smile and even helped me out when I got stuck in the snow.

It wasn’t cheap but you get what you pay for with the quality and service.

Breakfast was more enjoyable than dinner, but areas like dining and baggage assistance need attention. Future guests should arrive early for breakfast and ask for extra bedding if needed.

Had an awesome group vacation with friends! We loved the diverse food options and the outdoor pool was amazing even in the cold. We tried archery training, which was super fun, and definitely a magical experience for everyone. If you’re planning a visit, don’t miss out on the a la carte restaurant!

Dining was a highlight, with standout dishes like smoked salmon, complemented by a great variety at breakfast and dinner. However, parking proved to be difficult at peak times, which added stress during arrival, and the temperature in the pool area was lower than expected, making it less comfortable after skiing.

Wi-Fi was spotty, but the luggage storage and ski equipment hire were convenient.

everything was fantastic at grand! the outdoor pool was warm and the spa was huge, perfect for relaxing. we loved the delicious food, and the staff went above and beyond to help us. the location is great too, close to everything. extra bonus, the blend of essential oils during the massage was heavenly.

I had a great time enjoying the beautiful outdoor pool with stunning mountain views and the spa was a wonderful way to relax after a day of exploring. with places like Nacional Park Kopaonik just about 500 meters away, I could easily take walking trails and soak in nature.

This place suits me perfectly with its outdoor pool, gym, and spa facilities. The staff once helped me find good currency exchange options, and they are always friendly. I can't wait for my next business trip here!
