I gotta say, Irotama Resort really gave me bang for my buck. The room was top-notch and had such a beautiful view. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, right next to the stunning beach. And the staff? They treated me like royalty, so accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast delights could use a little improvement, but that's minor in the grand scheme of things.

The breakfast buffet had an excellent selection of food and the staff was very courteous. the pools were also excellent and there were plenty of sitting areas around them. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful walkways along the beaches, as well as the beaches themselves. the night lighting added a lovely touch for enjoyable evening walks. Another positive aspect was the medical care available at the hotel. My son got sick during our stay and we were able to see a doctor on-site who provided a prescription. the hotel insurance took care of the bill, which gave us peace of mind.

There were a few things that I didn't like about my experience. the street leading to the hotel was in poor condition due to a construction site nearby.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at the resort. The staff at Irotama Resort went above and beyond to cater to our needs and were always responsive and helpful. They even recognized us after just two days and greeted us warmly. Additionally, the food, especially at the buffet and the seafood restaurants, was surprisingly delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and tasty food.
