Clean property, great breakfast variety, attentive beach service, beautiful beach and architecture.

The room was great with a beautiful view, and the pool was clean. The beach had good services and security. The breakfast had a large selection and delicious. The resort had a mini market for anything needed. The grounds were green and lush.

Felt free to seek any assistance, nothing to complain about.

I recently stayed at a resort in Santa Marta for 4 days and had an amazing time. The food at Luraco restaurant was delicious, especially the fresh seafood. The villas, although a bit old, were comfortable and the beds were large and comfortable. The resort is well-located with a beautiful beach and plenty of activities. a great experience.

Limited English-speaking staff, leading to communication difficulties. Menu options at the restaurants were repetitive and monotonous.

I gotta say, Irotama Resort really gave me bang for my buck. The room was top-notch and had such a beautiful view. Plus, the location couldn't have been better, right next to the stunning beach. And the staff? They treated me like royalty, so accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast delights could use a little improvement, but that's minor in the grand scheme of things.

The renovated rooms in the main building have comfortable beds. The pool on the 3rd floor is enjoyable. The staff is friendly. The hotel offers a good selection of food for breakfast. Security is appreciated.

Had a great New Year's celebration at this resort! the staff was super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. the location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and beautiful ocean views. the food was also a highlight - delicious Colombian and international dishes, especially the fresh and tasty fruit. We also enjoyed the variety of pools and the super fun water slide, perfect for a family-friendly vacation.

We did have a few negative experiences. the room we booked was outdated and in need of renovation.

We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent customer service at the resort. The staff at Irotama Resort went above and beyond to cater to our needs and were always responsive and helpful. They even recognized us after just two days and greeted us warmly. Additionally, the food, especially at the buffet and the seafood restaurants, was surprisingly delicious and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and tasty food.
