Great location, with easy access to central attractions by bus and tube. the apartment is fairly new and well-equipped, with a nice view of the city. the communal garden was a pleasant surprise, especially for families with young children.

The mattresses were too soft and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the lack of blackout curtains in the bedroom and no curtains at all in the living room was a bit inconvenient.

Our stay at the Luxury Central was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the easy check-in process and the cleanliness of the apartment. The facilities were great and there was enough space for our family of seven, including two children. The peaceful balcony and nearby park were a bonus. The apartment's location near a tube station made it convenient for exploring the city. it was a great place to stay!

This apartment is in a wonderful location, just a short walk from Elephant Castle tube station. Being near the tube station makes it easy to travel around the city. The apartment itself is clean, comfortable, and spacious, and has great facilities including a balcony and a private park for the kids. The host is very kind and helpful, and there are little treats and snacks upon arrival. it is a fantastic place to stay for a family weekend away.

The check-out process can be tricky, as you have to leave the keys on a table upstairs but need a magnetic key to exit the building. This can cause some stress and confusion.

The apartment was clean and modern with spacious rooms and good views over the city. It was conveniently located near Elephant + Castle and the train station, making it easy to get to the city center. There were also plenty of shops and pubs nearby, making it a convenient location.

Stayed at a lovely, clean, and spacious apartment with great views over the city. Convenient location near shops, pubs, and the underground. Enjoyed the nearby Toulouse Latrec jazz club restaurant. The apartment was accessible for a special needs member of our group. The balcony and park were nice additions. The kitchen had ample cutlery and crockery, and the appliances were easy to use. The location was fantastic, with buses and a tube station nearby for easy access to central London. The host was also helpful and easy to contact.

Great place for our trip to London for the Marathon as my husband and friend were both running. Bit stressful trying to find the shop where the keys are collected from but we got there in the end! The only small issues we had were that the fitting around the flush button on the toilet in the main bathroom kept falling off when you pressed to flush the toilet and that there were no cleaning products or dish cloths so we had to purchase our own in order to make sure the place was kept clean during our stay. Also we felt when advertising as a "luxury apartment" we could expect little touches when we arrived like fresh milk in the fridge and tea and coffee for a hot drink after a long journey and some written information on the immediate area, i.e. restaurants and local supermarkets etc would have helped, so may be something to think about for future. Communication with the management of the property wasn't as good as could have been as we ended up having to email them after attempting to contact twice via telephone and there being no option to leave a voicemail. Having said that it was a lovely, clean and comfortable apartment and just what we needed for our 3 night stay and we would stay there again.
