I had an amazing time at a hotel located on a beautiful island in Colombia. The attention to detail was outstanding, especially when it came to catering to my vegetarian diet. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had delicious meals prepared just for me. Additionally, the scubadiving experience was a highlight of my trip and the room was clean and comfortable.

We had a fantastic time at this beachfront hotel. The location to the port where we boarded a comfortable speed boat was very convenient. The beach was right next to the hotel, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun and sea. The service was top-notch, with staff members checking in on us every evening. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including a make-your-own omelet station. The room had a stylish design and everything worked perfectly, making our stay comfortable.

The bathroom lacking ventilation resulted in our wet swimwear smelling like wet dog.

The room was beautiful and clean, with comfortable beds. The pool was large with a swim-up bar. Plenty of seats available at the pool and beach. The food was excellent, better than any all-inclusive I've been to. Lovely and helpful staff.

The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the pool was clean and well-maintained. the room service was prompt and the complementary breakfast was decent.

The beach was too crowded, noisy, and dirty. the staff was unfriendly and unresponsive to our requests for clean towels and extra blankets.

Our stay at Hotel Isla del Encanto was incredible! The Master Suite was gorgeous and the staff was wonderful. The food exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options each night. The resort had beautiful views of the ocean and pool, and the rooms were sparkling clean. We also enjoyed the all-inclusive meals and the friendly bartender at the pool. The grounds, beach, and pool areas were immaculately clean, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Nothing it was perfect.

The beach was beautiful and secluded, perfect for a romantic escape. We also enjoyed the boat tour to visit other islands, which added an adventurous touch to our trip.

The food was mediocre and overpriced. the hotel did not include water during meal times, which felt like an unnecessary expense.
