The room was spacious with good beds. Daily cleaning was provided. The hotel had a convenient location near the main entrance and bus stop. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was a Starbucks onsite.

We loved the helpful staff, frequent shuttle service to the park, and the spacious hotel rooms with plenty of storage. The location was excellent, with a beautiful environment and a convenient walk to the Disneyland Paris entrance. Meeting a character in the hotel lobby was a delightful experience, and the hotel had all the essentials and amenities we needed, including a Starbucks and a shop.

The hotel room was clean and tidy upon arrival, with fresh towels provided daily. the staff at the front desk were friendly and always willing to help. the location of the hotel was convenient, with a shuttle bus that took only 5 minutes to reach the nearby park.

the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. the breakfast offered was very basic and lacked variety, with limited options such as cereal, pastries, and toast.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, convenient bus service, meet and greet with characters, comfy rooms.

Convenient location near bus stop, perfect for families with young children. Tranquil surroundings with a pleasant walk along the river to the park entrance. Spacious and clean rooms with ample storage. Good WiFi and helpful staff. Enjoyed meeting a character in the lobby.

The room was clean and the amenities provided were sufficient. The transportation to and from Disneyland, the hotel, and the train station was excellent.

It was all superb.

The hotel offered a free hot drink each day, which was perfect for those early mornings at Disneyland. the beds were incredibly comfortable, making for a good night's sleep after a long day of walking.

The TV selection for English speakers was limited, which was a bit disappointing after a tiring day in the parks. the bathroom lacked a functioning extractor fan, resulting in a steamy and warm environment after showers.

The proximity to the parks was fantastic, just a short walk or bus ride away. the themed rooms, specifically the cars theme, were a hit with the kids. the restaurant offered a buffet breakfast and dinner, with a wide variety of food options to choose from.
