The bed was comfortable, and the lobby was nicely decorated for the holiday season. The staff was friendly and helpful in giving directions to nearby attractions.

The hotel location was not safe and had many homeless people wandering around at all hours. The room had no windows, which made it feel claustrophobic and stuffy.

The bed in our room was comfortable and the quality and cleanliness of the room and bathroom were great. We had a nice experience during check-in and even got free parking. I would recommend this hotel for a one-night stay in Bucaramanga.
