The staff at Big Trout Motel were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, and they ensured that the rooms were warm and cozy. The Chinese dinner available on-site was delicious and convenient. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. I had a perfect stay that exceeded my expectations.

While the room was comfortable, there were a few minor inconveniences. There was no in-room info book or phone to order room service, so I had to go up to the restaurant to place my dinner order.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I have to say, it was a great experience. the rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, allowing me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel was also ideal, just a short drive away from the center of town. This made it super convenient for us to visit all the places we wanted to see. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that our stay was pleasant. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as the microwave, fridge, and kettle, which made it easy for us to enjoy snacks and hot beverages. Lastly, the view from our room overlooking the fields was absolutely stunning, adding an extra touch of serenity to our stay.

I must say, all was well during my stay at this hotel.

We spent our Easter weekend in a cozy room that exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. We loved the delicious Chinese dinner that was available on-site. The location was perfect, only a short drive away from the main attractions. The beds were super comfy and the shower had great water pressure and hot water.

The advertised room service wasn't available. We had to go up to the restaurant to order dinner as there was no in-room phone or instruction book in the room.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room was lovely and warm upon our arrival, and the beds were super comfy and cosy. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and hot. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome. The location was ideal, being only a 20-minute drive to Jenolan Caves and a 15-minute drive to Mayfield Gardens. Additionally, the Rainbow Chinese restaurant served delicious food.

The in-room phone and information book were missing, making it inconvenient to order room service.
