stayed at Big Trout Motel recently. rooms very spacious with lots of natural light. loved the space to gather with friends. hot water and good air conditioning. extra single bed for flexibility. ground access and carpark outside perfect. staff friendly and supportive, turning on aircon in winter. electrical blankets for cozy nights. great facilities for families with kids.

Traveling for a weekend getaway, our stay at the motel was fantastic. With ample parking directly outside our room, a short distance to town, and spacious accommodations, we were impressed. the room was clean and well-equipped with excellent A/C and plenty of power outlets. the staff was friendly, and the view of the peaceful paddock was a lovely touch.

Teaspoons could have been cleaner, towels outdated - overall, pleasant stay. Laughed when she still charged me twice. So, better relief managers would make this place perfect. Plus, I'm a motel manager too - we've got to stick together, right?

I always return for a romantic escape. Staff once found my lost car keys. Free Wi-Fi, 24/7 reception, cozy bar, tasty food, welcome drink, laundry. Enjoy hiking, fishing, golf. Flat screen, kettle, air-con, no pets, no smoking. Perfect stay, never disappoints.

The staff at Big Trout Motel were extremely friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. Checking in and out was a breeze, and they ensured that the rooms were warm and cozy. The Chinese dinner available on-site was delicious and convenient. The shower had great water pressure and hot water. I had a perfect stay that exceeded my expectations.

While the room was comfortable, there were a few minor inconveniences. There was no in-room info book or phone to order room service, so I had to go up to the restaurant to place my dinner order.

The motel's location is ideal for exploring the surrounding attractions like Jenolan Caves. the rooms are clean, spacious, and offer a peaceful view. the staff are friendly, helpful, and contributed positively to our stay. Improvement could be made in updating amenities such as showers and kitchen supplies for a more comfortable experience.

I had a good laugh because apparently, Katoomba is just 76 km away. Oh, and there's a licensed restaurant open for lunch and dinner. on days that give letters a break of the week!

Shame the licensed restaurant wasn't open; I thrive on my culinary adventures!
