We had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Cartagena. The beach was much quieter and less crowded than in other areas. The hotel staff at the beach took great care of our umbrella and beach chairs. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had a positive vibe. We particularly appreciated the assistance from a staff member named Jesus at the concierge. The hotel also had fantastic pools and the food was decent. we would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing poolside trip.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious 5-star hotel. the staff was extremely attentive to our needs, providing us with exclusive amenities and fulfilling our every request. the Spa & wellness centre offered a wide range of services such as massages, beauty treatments, and sauna. We particularly enjoyed the indoor swimming pool with its relaxing atmosphere. the outdoor swimming pool was also fantastic with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the hotel's location right on the beachfront allowed us to enjoy the stunning sunsets from our sun terrace. We loved the special diet menus at the restaurant, which offered delicious dishes that catered to our dietary needs.

The only minor negative aspect that we noticed was the slow service at the poolside snack bar. Despite this, the rest of the staff made up for it with their exceptional service.

Customer service was outstanding, the staff was always friendly and helpful. the installation was amazing, especially the kids play area. the beach access was great, and the security service did a great job. the food was absolutely delicious, with a wide range of options to choose from. the rooms were always clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the beautiful views and the relaxing atmosphere of the hotel.

Check, in was a bit disappointing, as the staff seemed unorganized and not very helpful. Sometimes the service was slow, which was a bit frustrating.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort in Cartagena. The hotel offered luxury amenities at a great price. The rooftop pools and 5-star restaurant were a highlight. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to fix a clock in our room. The hotel also provided umbrellas on the beach, although they could have used a few more. I highly recommend this hotel for a fantastic vacation in Cartagena.
