Wow! The views from Senda Maloka Barlovento were absolutely breathtaking. We had a splendid time enjoying the mesmerizing sights of the river flowing into the sea from the comfort of our bed and the communal space with hammocks and deck chairs. The atmosphere was vibrant, and we loved meeting and dining with people from all over the world. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and although the cold water shower took some getting used to, it was worth it for everything else about our stay. We even spotted alligators in the river while sipping on delicious cocktails. I highly recommend this hotel for a unique and unforgettable experience.

While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor inconveniences. The showers only had cold water, which took some adjustment.

I recently stayed at Senda Maloka Barlovento for a few days and had an amazing time. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short bus ride away from Tayrona's Zaino entrance. The hotel is situated next to a charming little beach and Playa Los Angeles is just a 5-minute walk away. The main building offers breathtaking views of the river and sea. The food at the hotel is fresh and tasty, and some of our best dinners were enjoyed there. The staff are super friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The communal space with hammocks and deck chairs is perfect for relaxation, and the ever-changing views of the river spilling into the sea are simply stunning. it was a magical place to stay.

I stayed at this luxurious hotel for 4 nights and it was perfect for some much-needed R&R. The spacious room offered a great view of the river and ocean, and the cool breeze at night kept me comfortable without needing air conditioning. The included breakfast and evening meals were delicious and the communal atmosphere made it fun to meet other guests. The hotel also had an honesty bar and snacks available throughout the day. The beautiful surroundings provided beach access and plenty of relaxation options like hammocks and deck chairs. The staff were helpful and made sure I found instant relaxation. I highly recommend this place to fellow travelers.

The location was beautiful and offered easy access to services and restaurants in the surrounding area.

The location of the hotel is breathtaking, offering stunning views of both the sea and the river. the corner room we stayed in was absolutely amazing, with its double aspect views that were a delight to wake up to. the food at the hotel was simple but delicious, and the communal dining experience was a nice touch. the honesty wine and beer prices were also very reasonable.

One downside was that there is no swimming area at the hotel, which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, the lack of windows on one entire wall, along with doors that were not properly sealed, allowed bugs to easily enter the room and the air conditioning was not effective due to this.
