The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic with a wide variety of options. the hotel's location was also very convenient, close to attractions like Cocora Valley and the coffee triangle. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable.

We had some issues during our stay. the hotel rooms were quite old and the furniture was not up to par with the price we paid.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The architecture design was stunning, with plenty of natural light throughout. The heated pool was a great place to relax, and the spa was excellent. The bar had a sophisticated atmosphere and a wide selection of wines. Room service was prompt and the coffee shop made delicious coffee drinks. The location was perfect, with great restaurants, department stores, and nightclubs within walking distance. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome. The buffet breakfast had a variety of food options, including fruits, yogurts, breads, and hot and cold dishes. it was a fantastic experience!

We absolutely loved staying at this venue! It's in an amazing location, super close to the hottest area for nightlife and near a shopping center. We found everything to be in the center and convenient. The staff were very accommodating and provided excellent room service, housekeeping, and even medical facilities. We also appreciated being able to use the laundry and paid for the airport shuttle. The hotel amenities like ironing facilities, air conditioning, and mini-bar were very luxurious and made our stay even more comfortable.
