The location of this hotel is unbeatable, as it is very close to many historic landmarks of the city, such as the Teatro Heredia. Being in the heart of the historic center, it is also very convenient to restaurants and shops. The rooms were elegant and comfortable, with well-maintained bathrooms. The staff provided excellent service and were always available. Additionally, the breakfast offered a variety of delicious options. The hotel also had facilities such as a swimming pool and a gym.

That the air conditioning in the rooms was not very effective.

We had a bad experience with the room we were given. Even though we paid for a Junior Suite, we were given a regular room, an apparently common practice at this hotel.
