The hotel's pool area can be confusing to navigate, with guests having to enter through the spa entrance and walk through the spa center to reach the outdoor pool.

Stunning View and Attentive Service

During my recent stay at Dedeman, I was mesmerized by the breathtaking view from the top floor bar and restaurant. The panoramic city views were truly unforgettable, something that every guest must experience. Additionally, the staff at Dedeman went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. Their attentive service left a lasting impression on me.

Though there were a few drawbacks, such as the chaotic check-in process and the need for some modernization in certain areas, the overall experience at Dedeman was wonderful. The location of the hotel was perfect, making it easy for me to explore the nearby attractions.

Centrally located and easy to find. the hotel offers parking facilities and taxi services which is handy for couples looking for convenience. the rooms were comfortable, well-furnished, and spotlessly cleaned. We especially enjoyed the impressive view from the top-floor restaurant/bar area. the breakfast was varied with plenty of options to choose from.

Our romantic escape wasn't completely perfect. the room decor was a bit outdated and the bathroom showed signs of wear and tear.

We had a luxurious spa experience at this hotel. The wellness center was well-designed and the massage therapists were skilled and attentive. The indoor swimming pool was relaxing and clean, with a sauna and steam room nearby. The beauty treatments were extensive, and the atmosphere was serene.

We experienced some difficulty with the restaurant. We found that some of the dishes were not up to our standards, and we had to wait for our food longer than anticipated.
