The entrance of the hotel lacks a front door staff to assist with luggage, requiring guests to enter first and notify the bellboys/security for assistance.

The facilities, including the gym and spa, were top-notch and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay.

My stay at this hotel was luxurious. The exclusive amenities such as the indoor pool, Jacuzzi, and full body massage at the Spa & wellness centre were outstanding. The service was top-notch and the staff was attentive to my needs. The in-room breakfast was exceptional, with a wide range of delicious options. The restaurant had a great ambiance and the bar/ lounge area was a perfect spot to unwind. The location was convenient and had easy access to the main attractions.

The only minor issue I experienced was the poor Wi-Fi connection in my room. However, I was pleased to find a Spa lounge and treatment room where I could relax and enjoy the Spa services while waiting for my emails to load.

During our Easter stay, we were impressed with the multiple complimentary choices at breakfast, including fresh fruit smoothies made by a woman in traditional clothing. the large and well-appointed room we stayed in had a lovely view of both the city and mountains. the hotel was in a convenient and central location, making it easy to travel to various destinations around the area.

The bar service was occasionally slow, and the waitress on the second morning was not pleased about our request for hot coffee. Even after tipping her, she seemed upset and avoided us.

The hotel also accommodated my request for a quiet room on the top floor, with an amazing view. The manager, Miss Sandra, and the receptionist, Silvanna, were fantastic and made sure I had everything I needed. it was a gem of a hotel with outstanding facilities.
