Spent Christmas in a hotel and it was amazing! The breakfast was so delicious with lots of choices and the staff was incredibly friendly. We also enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby. The location was perfect, with many shops nearby and a beautiful park just a short walk away. Plus, we got to enjoy the holiday festivities in the area which made the trip even more special.

The noise level outside was a bit high at times, especially during the holiday celebrations, but it didn't bother us too much. , the rooms could use some updates, but overall it was a great experience.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the modern rooms at the hotel. They were small but had comfortable beds and impressive bathrooms with rainfall showers. The view of the surrounding colonial quarter was also fantastic. Additionally, I enjoyed the convenience of having drivers available in the lobby to take guests to nearby areas like Zona Rosa or Candelaria. This saved us the hassle of having to hail a cab and the drivers were accommodating and had meters.

One downside was the firmness of the beds. I found them to be uncomfortable and woke up with aching hips every morning.

Great value for money, at £71 for a junior suite. Superb location and delicious breakfast. Little staff turnover over the past 3 years. Large and well-equipped rooms with kitchen and living room. Amazing staff and outstanding cleanliness.

I recently stayed at Hillhouse in Usaquen for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location is perfect, right off the main street for taxis and surrounded by trendy bars and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable, and the bed was one of the best I've slept in during my 3 weeks in Colombia. The hotel also offers secure underground parking and is conveniently located near a supermarket and a charmingly designed mall. I highly recommend Hillhouse for its excellent service and value for money.
