Comfortable Rooms and Friendly Staff

During my recent stay at Nh Bogota Pavillon Royal, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable rooms and the friendliness of the staff. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. The staff at the hotel were always ready to help and were very accommodating to any requests I had. Despite some minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The location was perfect, with easy access to Parque 93. Room service was clean and the staff was kind and polite. The hotel was well-situated for exploring the city and the rooms were clean and nice. Staff was great with kids and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

Everything was fantastic.

I spent Christmas at a hotel that offered complimentary champagne and chocolates in the room, which was a nice touch. the hotel had a great location near a popular park and several dining and nightlife options. the room had a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom.

The room was fairly small and had limited space to hang clothes. the bathroom had some issues with water pressure and temperature control, and there was no fan or AC to regulate the room temperature.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel in Bogota and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, situated in a nice area near a beautiful plaza. The staff here are incredible, always ready to help and provide top-notch service. From the front desk staff who efficiently accommodated my room change request to the friendly restaurant servers, everyone went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also had a wonderful dining experience at the on-site restaurant, Indigo, where the food was delicious and the service was efficient and friendly.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I recently stayed in a hotel located in a fabulous neighborhood near Parque 93. The new tower where I stayed offered spacious and comfortable rooms with a wide and comfortable bathroom. The service provided by the staff was outstanding - always ready to help. The breakfast was really good and there were many options available. The hotel also had a great view of the city.

The amenity kits were not fulfilled during my stay.

I recently stayed at Nh Bogota Pavillon Royal with my adult kids for the last leg of our trip in Colombia. We loved everything about this hotel. The staff, particularly Andrea and Luis Felipe at the front desk, were outstanding and helped us with everything we needed. The location just off Parque 93 was fantastic, with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Our room was spacious with a separate sitting area and a big comfortable bed. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious choices.

Would recommend this hotel.
