Felt so relaxed, no complaint.

The free complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great. the location was also perfect, right in the middle of everything. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and attractions easily. Plus, the view from our room was amazing.

Our romantic getaway was not as perfect as we had hoped. the room was not very clean and there was a lingering smell of smoke.

We had a great experience staying in a hotel in a very safe neighborhood. It was located in a safe area and just a short distance from Paulista Avenue. The metro station was also easily accessible, although there was a bit of a hill to climb. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, with large windows that provided a great view. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and was in good condition. The staff provided excellent service and were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and pastries. the location and room were definitely advantages of the hotel.
