the location couldn't have been better, with all the nightlife, bars, and restaurants right at our doorstep. the rooms were incredibly comfortable, especially the bed, which felt like laying on a cloud. the staff, including Jose and Bibiana, were warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the hotel even utilized WhatsApp to communicate with guests, providing convenient instructions for check-in, accessing the minibar, and even arranging for luggage assistance during checkout. It was a unique and impressive use of technology that we hadn't experienced before.

We loved the location! It was right in the heart of the city, surrounded by amazing restaurants, lively nightlife, and cool bars. The hotel was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had a lovely breakfast with fresh options and unlimited coffee. The shower had hot water and a good shower head, which was a nice surprise. We also enjoyed the big jacuzzi and the availability of laundry service. this hotel had great facilities and a central location.

The friendly staff offer excellent service, going out of their way to make guests feel at home. The breakfast is delicious and there are plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also provides laundry service, making it convenient for guests.

The noise level from the surrounding nightclubs can be quite high, especially during the weekends.

The hot water in the shower was a pleasant surprise, and the jacuzzi, despite needing assistance to operate, was spacious and relaxing. The breakfast spread was fresh and enjoyable, with unlimited coffee. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and amenities.
