The hotel's location is excellent, with Playa Hermosa nearby and a private beach next to the pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and the room itself was amazing. The pool is very big and the hotel grounds are well-maintained. Additionally, the restaurant served delicious food.

The shower in my room was difficult to control, either too hot or too cold.

The staff was friendly and made us feel special, especially when they helped us celebrate our wedding anniversary. The beds were extremely comfortable with fluffy pillows and high-quality linens. The hotel grounds were beautiful with diverse flora and fauna, and the private beach was amazing. The complimentary a la carte breakfast and gourmet dinners were exceptional.

I had a wonderful time staying at this place. The location was serene and secluded, perfect for a quiet getaway. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. I appreciated having a la carte breakfast options to choose from and enjoyed lounging by the clean and spacious pool. The highlight of my stay was discovering the incredible wildlife in the surrounding gardens, including monkeys and exotic birds.

The staff helped us with recommendations, delicious coffee, and even our Spanish. They went above and beyond when I had an accident with a sea urchin, providing support and finding solutions. The shaded territory, quiet room, and direct beach access made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would recommend this hotel.
