park hotel in santa marta exceeded my expectations. evening staff was welcoming, room had a nice balcony, and the location was right in front of the ocean walk.

This hotel is in a prime location, right by the beach and close to the "party area" with great restaurants and bars. The view from the balcony is stunning, overlooking the bay. The staff is attentive and always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. The room is clean and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom. The breakfast offers a decent variety of options. the hotel has a pool for guests to enjoy.

The water pressure in the shower was low and the hot water was inconsistent.

I recently stayed at Park Hotel for a few days and I thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, right on Beach Road, which means you have stunning views of the beach and bay from the upstairs balconies. The staff at Park were really nice and spoke good English, which was a bonus. The hotel itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the pool was great for relaxing in the afternoons. My room had a nice large bathroom and a balcony at the end of the hallway, where I could watch beautiful sunrises and sunsets. I had a great stay and would definitely choose to stay at Park Hotel again.

The room is clean and spacious, with modern amenities. The breakfast is delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The swimming pool is an added bonus for those who want to cool off from the heat.

The location is ideal, right on the first line of the beach. While the beach may not be the best, it's still a great spot to relax and get a tan. The massage at the hotel was the best money we spent during the trip. The staff, from the kitchen to reception, were all very nice and accommodating. There are plenty of places to eat and go out at night nearby. Additionally, there is a supermarket close by, making it convenient for any needs.

The hotel is located right across from the town beach and only 2 blocks down from Plaza de los Novios. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the staff was extremely attentive. Additionally, the hotel had nice communal terraces on the second and third floors with great ocean views.

Conveniently located near the beach and city center, with comfortable beds and great AC to cool down after a day in the sun. The hotel features a unique and interesting vibe, with beautiful Tayrona art and Botero bull themed dining room. Excellent value for money, with friendly and attentive staff who offer touristic plans to nearby attractions. The pool area and balconies provide stunning sunset views, while breakfast offers a delicious variety, especially for good eaters.

This hotel's location couldn't be any better with its stunning beach views and proximity to great restaurants and attractions. The rooms with a balcony are a great addition to the stay.

Nothing that I didn't like.

For the price we paid, we got incredible value and a cozy room. The location was perfect, right on the beach with easy access to the town. The staff, especially Aristotides from the kitchen, were incredibly attentive and made our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast could have used a little more variety to avoid getting repetitive.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a free room upgrade upon check-in at no extra cost. The balcony view of the ocean was breathtaking. I'd recommend this hotel.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I enjoyed the complementary drinks and snacks that were offered upon arrival. the location was also great, as it was walking distance from many restaurants and shops. the rooftop terrace had a beautiful view of the city.

The room itself felt like a prison cell with no natural light and a poor view. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.
