The hotel was also close to Jaya Sri Maya Bodhi, the sacred Bo tree, and other famous tourist sites, making it easy to explore the city's heritage. Our room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. the friendly staff provided excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met. The breakfast spread offered a variety of delicious options to kickstart our day.

Our Xmas stay was memorable! We were greeted warmly with complimentary drinks and snacks upon arrival. the hotel's location near the train station and shopping area was convenient for us. the room was spacious and had a balcony with a great view.

The pool was under repair so we couldn't swim, which was a bummer. the restaurant service was slow, and the food was not as good as we expected.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a free upgrade to one of the Theme Suite Rooms, which had a stunning view. The hotel's modern design and decor were absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to a positive experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided was excellent, offering a wide variety of options. Considering the high level of service, the value for money was excellent.

Regarding the amenities in the room, I felt that they didn't quite meet the hotel's standards. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience.
