Spent Christmas at this hotel and had a great time! the staff was quick, kind, and efficient. They were always ready to assist and provided excellent service. the breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of options. the pool was awesome and the gym was decent. the hotel is located in a safe neighborhood and is easy to spot. the rooms had ample AC and were comfortable. One key advantage was the free Wi-Fi, which was convenient. a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the lack of information provided about available services. It would have been helpful to have a form or printed paper detailing the services currently offered, as we had to call the front desk for every detail.
