During my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious, which made my stay comfortable. I enjoyed a private tour set up by the concierge team, which was fantastic. The location provided easy access to key sights, making it simple to explore. It was nice to unwind at the dining spot while taking in the views after a long day. My partner and I appreciated the lovely atmosphere.

During my stay, I found it quite disappointing that there was no option for an extra bed, limiting my family's arrangements. Moreover, I was unaware that the breakfast menu varied on different days, which caused us to miss out on what could have been a lovely dining experience. Additionally, the wait time for check-in was longer than I expected, leaving me feeling a bit frustrated before I even settled into my room.

The staff was fabulous, and the executive lounge was a delight! Check-in and check-out were a breeze, which is a refreshing change.

But the Wi-Fi was slower than a turtle on a lazy day! Also, good luck finding a pen for that laundry sheet—it's a mystery.

Woke up each day to enjoy an amazing breakfast spread—so many fresh and delicious options! Plus, the heated outdoor pool on the sixth floor offered stunning views of the city, especially at sunset.

An odd situation arose when the restaurant closed for food a bit early, which surprised me. I could've used just a few more minutes to wrap up my evening plans!

the hotel is really nice, the rooms are comfy and clean. The staff is super friendly and knows the area well. i loved how close it was to places like restaurants and the national taichung theater—such a cool spot! the lounge on the 5th floor was a great benefit, they really treat the business guests well. definitely appreciated all the high-end stuff in my room, made stay feel special. oh, and the housekeeping kept everything perfectly clean!
