We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with well-maintained rooms and large, clean bathrooms. The hotel facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the amazing city views from our room above the 15th floor. The location in the Prado area was ideal, with lots of really good places nearby for dining and exploring. Plus, the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The newly renovated rooms at this hotel were mind-blowing! I was super impressed with the two double/queen beds and sofa bed in the PLUS room. The comfortable beds and abundance of pillows made for a jaw-dropping sleep experience. The clean and new bathroom was a pleasant surprise, and both pools were fantastic. However, the real star of the show was the food. It was absolutely delicious - a true gastronomic delight. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. I loved the beautiful poolside area, surrounded by palms, mango trees, and birds. The hotel's professionalism and care were evident, especially during the New Year's celebration. They even organized taxis for us and provided excellent advice on exploring the city. this hotel provided a super satisfying stay with incredible amenities and a dining experience that left me speechless.

The pool was a tropical paradise, the food was delicious, and the views were breathtaking. Cons: The gym machines were so high-tech that they made me feel like a cavewoman.

The beds were firm, the extra beds were sofa beds. There was a scent in the room, possibly from cleaning products. The location is convenient to malls, restaurants, and bars. The food is tasty with reasonable prices. The top floor restaurant has a lovely city view and plays 80s Latin music. The staff, especially Ricardo and Sefina, was helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of options.

Additionally, the friendly and professional staff provide excellent service, making your stay even more enjoyable.

Some guests mentioned that the bathroom amenities could be improved, such as replacing the pump soap with luxurious bar soap.

Fantastic city views on the 25th floor with floor to ceiling glass windows. the former 5-star hotel offers large comfortable rooms with bare furniture but great views. It is recommended to request a room above the 15th floor. the breakfast is delicious and hearty. Cabs are always available outside the hotel, but make sure to ask for the price before leaving. the bathrooms and closets are clean and spacious. There are three elevators in the building, each blocked from the other by a column, and they play a musical elevator game rather than using audible warning signals. There is an excellent seafood restaurant right across the street, and other dining options within a block away.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊

As bike riders, we loved the hotel's location right by great restaurants, shopping malls, and local bakeries. It was so convenient for exploring and grabbing a bite to eat. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering both Colombian and Western options. It was the perfect way to start our day of cycling. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, with Ricardo almost acting as our personal butler and Sefina, the breakfast manager, becoming a true friend who even helped us when we were not feeling well.

We felt like we were being taken care of like family during our stay and had no complaints at all.

Showed care and professionalism, beautiful surroundings, great New Years celebration, attentive to our needs, delicious food, newly renovated rooms.

We had a great stay at BPH! the hotel is located in a fantastic neighborhood with plenty of excellent nearby places to visit. the staff was extremely friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Despite being on a busy street, our room was surprisingly quiet upstairs, allowing us to enjoy peaceful afternoon naps. the food served at the hotel was also delicious, with a wide variety of typical Colombian dishes to choose from. We especially loved the "chicharrones"!

The breakfast selection was good and I really enjoyed having it in the patio. The bed was excellent and my partner and I had a good rest. the hotel's location was great for our romantic escape, as it was within walking distance of the main attractions and surrounded by cool eateries and bars.

The staff could use some more customer service training, as we encountered some issues during checkout. The room had maintenance issues with the blinds and there were no glasses available.

Great location near many restaurants and a shopping mall, making it a prime spot for city exploration. the breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the rooftop bar provided some stunning views of the city and a lively atmosphere for drinks and socializing.

The Wi-Fi signal in our room was relatively weak and required us to stay close to the door to access it. the outside view from our room was obstructed by a dirty window that prevented us from fully enjoying the scenery.
