The staff went above and beyond to provide amazing service, ensuring that our every need was met. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms that had all the necessary amenities, including a kitchen and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the snack bar. we were extremely satisfied with our experience here.

The staff at Apartamentos Plaza Suites were incredibly helpful and made my late-night check-in a breeze. The spacious and modernly decorated room had everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable bed. I loved having a smart TV in both the living room and bedroom, and the fast internet made it easy to work from my room. The delicious breakfast at the restaurant downstairs was a highlight, and the friendly staff made me feel right at home. This was my second stay here, and I highly recommend it as a home away from home in the city.

One negative aspect was that the water took an unusually long amount of time to get hot. Although it didn't pose a major problem, it did seem wasteful from an environmental perspective.

The staff at the front desk are helpful, with English speakers available. The rooms are newly decorated and well-equipped. Housekeeping does a good job, and the security is always helpful.
