This place is situated in the poshest market area of the city, which made it convenient for me to explore the bustling market. Additionally, the hotel offered excellent room service, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff were attentive and promptly catered to my needs. The room itself was spacious and had all the necessary amenities such as a mini-bar, ironing facilities, and a flat-screen TV. I was also able to enjoy a delicious breakfast with a wide range of choices. the hotel provided a luxurious experience with its enhanced comfort and quality services.

I truly appreciated the exceptional service provided by the staff members during my stay at Capitol Hill in Ranchi. the cordial and attentive attitude of the team, along with the delicious complimentary breakfast spread, made my experience memorable. improvements can be made in terms of sound insulation in the rooms to minimize disturbances from outside noise.

the staff were attentive, the food was excellent, and the room was spacious. the market location added to the authentic experience. noise from multiple mosques in the early morning and security concerns with the entrance were minor drawbacks.

Lovely Ambience & Smiling Staff. The check-in process was quick and efficient, accompanied by a warm welcome drink and chocolates. The spacious lobby with comfortable sofas and newspapers created a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the bathrooms were equally well-maintained. The housekeeping staff was very responsive and attentive to our needs. The restaurants in the hotel offered excellent options, including a variety of fresh fruits and delicious South Indian dishes like hot idli, uttapam, and sambar with chutney.

Although the check-in clerk initially mentioned the need for an extra charge for three people in the room, they later confirmed that it was already included in the reservation. It would have been better if they had checked the details before approaching me about the additional charge.

Capitol Hill exceeded my expectations with its exceptional value for money, plush rooms, and central location. the staff treated me like VIP, making my stay special.
