The owner seemed dubious and untrustworthy. We experienced a room change without proper explanation and ended up in a noisy room.

We had an amazing experience at this lovely, well-organized hotel. the staff, especially Alvaro, Maria, and Miguel, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provide us with useful tips and information about the area. They even brought us coffee to our room after a long day of hiking and walked all the way to the bus station to get us tickets. the breakfast was delicious and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this place for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even brought breakfast to our room every morning! the location of the hotel was also perfect - it was right in the heart of the town, close to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions. And the view from our balcony was absolutely stunning! We loved waking up to the beautiful green scenery every day.

One small inconvenience was the noise in the room. the walls were not very soundproof, so we could sometimes hear noise from other guests and the street outside.

The location of the hotel was perfect for us. It was just a short walk to the town center where all the restaurants and cafes were. We loved being close to all the action but still far enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

The only downside we experienced was the presence of dogs and roosters in the area. Salento is a small town, so it's not uncommon to come across these animals.

the hotel is located in a prime location, right in the heart of the town. the room I stayed in was not only clean but also beautifully equipped. the breakfast provided was by far the best I had during my entire trip in Colombia. John, the host, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He assisted me in organizing a thrilling bike trip to la Carbonara. Many thanks to John for his exceptional hospitality!
