Room sizes could be more generous!!! Noise disturbances, especially from nearby guests, need addressing!!! Inadequate sound insulation makes for a restless night!!! Poor communication regarding hotel policies could be improved!!!

The complimentary sparkling wine in the minibar was a delightful surprise. However, the breakfast on the first day was disappointing with cold eggs, though the made-to-order option on the second morning was a real improvement.

We spent three nights in a Deluxe Double Room with Extra Bed. The location was fantastic, just minutes from the old town, and the staff were welcoming and helpful, providing us with great recommendations. The room was ready upon our early arrival, and the complimentary drinks in the lobby were a nice touch. Noise, however, was a concern.

There was this free minibar on arrival, that was a nice surprise. Also, the staff goes out of their way helping out, like the kind lady at the front desk who gave me a detailed map of the area, didn’t even have to ask! it made exploring all the easier.

It wasn’t exactly inexpensive, but honestly worth it.

absolutely not four stars. the bed was horrendous, and the room was tiny and dark. no coffee in room, a serious oversight for a so-called upscale establishment. almost gave a good review, but then realized I woudl ve been better off at a budget inn where you actually feel special for staying!

I appreciated the free beverages, including soft drinks and a bottle of sparkling wine in the minibar. The daily coffee corner offered a satisfying way to unwind each afternoon. The location made exploring the area easy and enjoyable.

The location was stellar, easy walks to both the old town and the beach. reception was friendly, providing great local tips and even a handout for pintxo bars. The hotel had a cozy lobby area with complimentary coffee available in the afternoons.

I was genuinely impressed with the size of the individual room! they had an awesome free minibar stocked with water and soft drinks, which was a delightful surprise. The staff was very accommodating, even mentioned the free coffee in the lobby, it really added to the relaxed vibe of the place.
