Rio Elemento Hostel, Minca (Colombia) - Deals & Reviews

I recently stayed at a vacation hostel in a beautiful location with a big pool and plenty of common areas. The property was situated right by the river, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The staff were pleasant and the owners were friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed the yoga classes offered by some of the volunteers in the morning. Additionally, the hostel had a cook who was really friendly and allowed us to use their kitchen and fridge. It was a great place to relax and unwind amidst the surrounding nature.

There were a few drawbacks to note. The bathroom facilities were not well-maintained, with dirty toilets and a lack of toilet paper.

The hostel is located in a beautiful environment, surrounded by amazing scenery and close to hiking trails and waterfalls. The staff is welcoming and provides exceptional service, even going as far as replacing stolen food in a quick manner. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are spacious and clean, with a nice swimming pool being a great addition to the facilities.

The noise levels can be quite high, especially in private rooms with shared terraces. The close proximity to the kitchen and the presence of loud staff members and other guests playing music can disturb your peace and quiet.

We had an amazing time at Rio Elemento! The hostel was huge and had everything we could ask for. The breakfast was nice and the massive swimming pool was perfect for cooling off on hot days. The bar area was huge and had a great vibe, with lots of places to chill out and meet new people. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. The whole hostel had a great atmosphere - you could relax and chill or join in on the party if you wanted. We loved the beautiful surroundings and the hammocks over the river were the perfect spot to unwind. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Rio Elemento!
