The spa experience was incredible! the treatments were top-notch and definitely worth indulging in during a romantic escape. the private car service was a great perk, with honest and friendly drivers who made getting around the city a breeze. And the view of the surrounding hills from our room was absolutely stunning.

One major downside was the lack of response from the lobby. When we had an issue with noisy guests during the night, we called multiple times but no one answered.

I found the spa staff to be rude and unhelpful, which was disappointing. Additionally, the rooms were not soundproof, so I could often hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

A new icon of the city with good taste, a varied gastronomic offer, a generous balcony, unforgettable flavors, a convenient photo gallery, and spectacular villas with natural light.

Had the pleasure of being serenaded until 3 am and enjoyed a lovely water leak in my room.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. the pools were fantastic, especially for the kids with their toys. the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was incredibly attentive and polite. the hotel had a great pool area with 4 whirlpools, and I really enjoyed the fitness room with its view of the artificial lake. Our room was spacious with a large balcony, and the hotel even had its own taxis for easy transportation. we loved our time at Sonesta Hotel.

the spa center provided an incredibly relaxing experience, complete with a swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi. the bar and lounge area served delicious drinks and snacks, and the continental breakfast was abundant and tasty. the garden area was well-manicured and perfect for afternoon strolls.

The only minor downside to this hotel was the lack of private facilities in the room. this was easily overlooked by the exceptional service provided by the friendly and attentive staff.
