The hotel staff went above and beyond, providing us with dog-friendly taxi options and recommendations for parks to walk our beloved Pomeranian. They even welcomed us with a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon. The attention to detail, from the well-stocked kitchen to the L'Occitane products, made our stay even more remarkable. I had an exceptional stay at La Clef Louvre Paris By The Crest Collection. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, arranging car pick-ups in advance and providing excellent service throughout my visit. The location was unbeatable, just a block away from the Louvre, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. My Exclusive Suite on the 5th floor was perfect - quiet, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchenette with a dishwasher, fridge, and cooking utensils was a bonus, and the bathroom even had a washer and dryer. The breakfast buffet was generous, and the honor bar in the evening was a nice touch. I can't recommend this hotel enough - excellent value and I look forward to returning.

The aircon and fan controls in the room were not working correctly, so it was either too hot or too cold in the room. the room facilities were not as described, and guests should not have to complain about it.
