We had a fantastic stay at a hotel on 11th Avenue, a highly trafficked street in Northern Colombia. The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of parking options nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and stylishly decorated. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, providing us with a safe and comfortable driving experience in this city. The breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff was extremely helpful and polite.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness of the room and amenities was superb. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay special, from leaving a gift in the room for my birthday to remembering my interests and surprising me with a thoughtful gift. The breakfast was excellent, and I enjoyed the made-to-order options every day. the hotel provided a fantastic experience in a good area and was conveniently located to the main sights in the city.

The hotel is located in a very nice and safe part of the city, close to a variety of great restaurants. the rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and have modern features like motorized drapes and an embedded TV. the staff is friendly and attentive, making check-in a breeze. the hotel offers a cell phone for guests to use, which is a unique and convenient feature.

The rooms can be small, with limited space and no air conditioning or heat control. There are also some design quirks, like a glass wall between the shower and the room in twin bed rooms, which may feel odd to some guests.

The hotel's basement bar was a great place to unwind, and the rooftop cocktails were amazing. I also loved that they provided a free smartphone for use in the room. the deco and creative concept of the hotel were impeccable, making for a memorable stay.
