We recently had a fantastic stay at the Thermal Holiday Park in Rotorua. Our family weekend away was made even better by the warm and cozy ensuite log cabin we stayed in. The beds were comfortable and the cabin had all the facilities we needed. The location was great, with peaceful surroundings and a beautiful prickle-free grass area outside for our baby to explore. We also enjoyed the fabulous pools and the family hot pool was perfect for little ones. it was an ideal place to stay for a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.

We stayed in a log cabin on the hill and loved the location. Close to attractions and the thermal park, it was also on the lower area of the old tent sight which was great. The cabin with ensuite was comfortable and had its own picnic table and clothes line. The communal kitchen, wash house, and hot pools were just meters away.

One receptionist was unfortunately rude and arrogant, but this did not take away from the otherwise great stay.

The Little kitchen in the dorm room was handy for vegetarians and vegans. Table and chairs outside were a nice touch. Plenty of toilets and showers. Lots of information leaflets at reception. Couple of minutes drive to the supermarket.

Felt so relaxed, nothing was too much trouble.

The ensuite cabins were clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The convenience of having a kitchenette with a microwave and kettle made it easy to prepare snacks and drinks. Additionally, the warm swimming pool on site was a hit with the kids, offering a fun and relaxing way to unwind after a day of exploring.

The grounds appeared run down and in need of maintenance. The playground was not safe for children, with DIY monkey bars and dirty equipment.

My family loved our stay. The thermal pools were relaxing and the cabin was cute and clean. We even enjoyed picking herbs from the herb gardens. I highly recommend Thermal Holiday Park.

We had an excellent time staying here. The location is perfect for many activities. We loved being right by Te Puia volcanic park in a nice quiet area. The service was great, and the staff from manager to employee were kind and helpful. Our room was spacious and fully equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine, cookware, and a flat-screen tv. We appreciated the dining table and patio with garden furniture. We also enjoyed the leisure and TV room and took advantage of the hot spring bath and swimming pool on site.

We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The free Wi-Fi and parking were a great plus, and the location was super convenient for my needs. It was easy to get to the main highway and close to many attractions. the staff was fairly friendly and accommodating, willing to help me with any questions I had.

The room was nothing like the photos online. It was pretty dingy and outdated with an uncomfortable bed.
