I had such a great stay at this hotel! the location was perfect - right in the heart of El Poblado. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth and easy check-in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with attention to detail evident in the amenities provided. I particularly loved the rooms with the hot tub - it felt like a luxurious treat! Additionally, the breakfast offered was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

Although there is always room for improvement, overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.

The room offered great value for its price, especially since it had basic cooking facilities. the location was ideal, being walking distance to most attractions. the secure check-in process made me feel at ease.

The room had some issues with noise; construction in the adjoining rooms started before 7am, and the air-conditioning in the living room was poorly designed.

The location is perfect, with everything in El Poblado within walking distance. You'll have no trouble exploring the neighborhood and experiencing all it has to offer. The staff is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond to assist with any issues that may arise. Additionally, the rooms are like mini apartments, equipped with basic cooking facilities, allowing you to prepare meals at your convenience.

The kitchen is poorly equipped, lacking essential items like pots and pans, a kettle, and a hob.

The location of Viktory Boutique was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were responsive and helpful, going out of their way to address any issues. The water pressure and hot water in the shower were great, and the balcony provided a nice space to relax. I would recommend this hotel.
