Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location near shops and restaurants, close to beautiful beach. Spacious room with well-equipped kitchen. Adequate water supply throughout stay. Effective air conditioning.

The owners were super accommodating and knew everything. The apartment setup and large bathroom were great. Free snorkel gear, bikes, and a little gym were a bonus.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in San Andres. The owners were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help me with a reservation issue. They even provided me with all the necessary information for my activities on the island. The location was ideal, just a short walk from both the beach and the center of town. The room was comfortable and clean, and having a kitchenette was a great convenience. I also appreciated the option to rent a scooter or bike to explore the area. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and the city center. The staff were friendly and the owner went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were well-furnished with a private kitchenette, and there were even free amenities such as drinking water. Despite being close to everything, the hotel was still quiet and peaceful.

The rooms were not cleaned thoroughly and the shower did not drain properly.

The hotel's perfect location right on the broadwalk and stunning beach allows for easy access to all the attractions and amenities in the area. Additionally, the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, with kitchen facilities available for guests. The staff, particularly the owner, is incredibly kind and eager to ensure a pleasant stay.

No major downsides - just a minor suggestion to dim the lights in the courtyard at night.

Location, location, location! The hotel was situated just a short stroll from the city beach, port, and great restaurants. It was fantastic to be in the heart of the city and have everything within walking distance. the staff were friendly and welcoming, providing helpful advice on things to do and see during our stay. The room was also equipped with a kitchenette which was perfect for making simple meals.

the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, with limited cleaning taking place on certain days of the week. The quality of the extra bed provided was poor and uncomfortable, which made for an unpleasant sleeping experience.
