The front desk staff are great! Attentive, kind, and cool even with new staff. Continental breakfast offers a great selection of coffee and juices. The room is always clean, with a super comfortable bed. The towels and beddings are white, clean, and smell like new. Perla at the front desk is super accommodating.

She was friendly, helpful, and even let us check-in early. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a roomy tub and a mounted TV. the coffee machine in the lobby made delicious mocha, and there was a water machine with different kinds of water available for free. the parking lot was well-lit and easy to access. Plus, the employee who helped us during check-in went above and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out and that we were comfortable. the location, affordability, and availability of this hotel were unbeatable.

The check-in process took longer than expected, with the staff getting distracted by a phone call instead of assisting me promptly. the outside of the building and the surrounding area could use some maintenance, as there were wild weeds, dog poop, and trash scattered around.

I had so much fun dodging cockroaches in my room. The staff didn't seem to mind the loud partying, weed smoking, and blasting music in the parking lot. Such a classy experience!
