The room is well-equipped with amenities like a smart TV with Netflix and blackout blinds. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The spa tub in the room is a great feature, and there is also a beautiful bar in front of the hotel.

Some members of the staff were not friendly or helpful.

The room was nice, had almost all the amenities I needed including a smart TV with Netflix, blackout blinds, and a comfy bed. The staff were super accommodating and friendly, making our romantic escape even more special.

Absolutely no toiletries! Not even a tiny bar of soap, which was just silly for any hotel.

Had a great time chatting with the reception staff who speak both English and Spanish fluently. They even gave me a free language lesson while I waited! The terrace provided fantastic city views, perfect for my Instagram posts.

Who needs toiletries and hot showers anyway? Such unnecessary luxuries.
