The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice design. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing prompt assistance when needed. The breakfast offered is good and the terrace bar offers a great view.

The air conditioning in some rooms doesn't work, leading to discomfort during hot and sticky days.

We loved the spacious elevator, friendly and helpful staff, comfy beds, modern toilets, and the Smart TV in the room. Having an Aldi supermarket right in front of the hotel was very convenient. The location tucked away in a residential street near Sudbahnhof suited us well. The passing train noise didn't bother us at all. Highly recommended!

One great thing the hotel offered was a voucher for a complimentary drink if you chose to skip room cleaning for a day. This was environmentally responsible and saved me some money, which I liked. the room design was elegant and luxurious, and the bed was incredibly comfortable.

the restaurant was overly expensive for what it offered. the pillows left a lot to be desired, as they were too flat.
