The hotel was such a great find! the value for money was superb. I pre-paid for all the activities and when I checked out, I was pleasantly surprised by the low food bill. Secondly, the staff were amazing - friendly, interactive, and fun. They spoke multiple languages, which made communication a breeze. Lastly, the location was absolutely stunning. Set amidst the hills and valleys, the views from the reception and breakfast area were breathtaking.

I couldn't fault this hotel at all, everything was perfect!

Amazing activities: We had a blast doing the zip-lining, horseback riding, and high rope challenge course. The guides were fun and made sure we had a great time. Stunning views: The hotel's location offered beautiful views of the surrounding valley and hills. It was a relaxing and picturesque setting. Great value: The price for the activities and meals was surprisingly affordable. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Room updates needed: Although the rooms were still decent for the price, they could use some renovations to improve the overall comfort and appearance. Payment inconvenience: The hotel's payment system caused a bit of inconvenience as we had to pay for the room and food in colones, while the activities had to be paid in dollars.

I couldn't have felt more at home unless I was related to the manager. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and even greeted me with a cold beer upon my late arrival. The hotel's location, nestled at the base of the mountain, provided breathtaking views that I couldn't get enough of. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the rooms, particularly the fact that they included two bathrooms – a rare find in hotels these days. And let's not forget about the breakfast. It was absolutely delicious, offering a perfect start to my day of adventure.

The hotel had amazing views of the valley and sunset. The staff was friendly and helpful. The zipline tour started right from the hotel, making it convenient. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

From the moment I showed up 8 hours behind schedule, I received a warm welcome and a cold beer. The staff was friendly and so helpful. They really cared about me. The view was amazing and the food was fresh. I'll recommend this hotel without a doubt.

What a fantastic trip! We were amazed by the beautiful views and the warm hospitality of the staff. They offered a variety of activities, including zip-lining, horseback riding, and quads that were so much fun! The staff even picked fresh fruit for us along the way. The guides were incredible, witty, and kept everyone entertained while staying safe at all times.

For solo travelers, it might be challenging to join tours with other visitors unless you pay for a private tour. We also experienced some discomfort with the isolation from the surrounding civilization at first, but over time, we warmed up to the quality service, meals, and activities offered by the hotel.
