The staff was perfect, always ready to make it a great experience. The hotel is a hidden gem in a good location. If you can get a garden balcony, it's as enjoyable as a room with a view, which is one of the best in SJ. The suites are well-appointed and spacious, with amazing city and mountain views. The restaurant serves tasty food and the staff is friendly. The hotel decor is beautiful, and the staff is extremely friendly and kind.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Luiz at the front desk. The bedroom had a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel had beautifully decorated reception, corridors, etc. The manager was super friendly. The pool was a decent size. The food at the restaurant was good.

My husband and I stayed at Boutique Alta Las Palomas for our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff, especially Luis, Willie, and Wagner, were incredibly kind and genuine. The view from our balcony was absolutely stunning, and the attention to detail in the hotel's architecture was beyond words. The suites were spacious and well-appointed, and the food at La Luz restaurant was delicious. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel high in the mountains with a wonderful view. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony. The bathroom was clean and had good quality toiletries. The complimentary drink at the bar was a nice touch, and the breakfast was delicious and sophisticated. The hotel also had a pool and a pretty garden to relax in. One great advantage was that the local bus stop was right across the street, making it convenient to explore the area.

That the hotel was a bit understaffed, which resulted in some minor maintenance issues.

The balcony views are breathtaking, staff is friendly and English-speaking, unique interior design, one of the nicest boutique hotels I've stayed in, lovely bedroom with good view.

The hotel has classic style with lovely floors, wooden windows and doors. The rooms are calm, cosy, quiet and safe. The pool area is superb. The restaurant is above average and reasonably priced. The included breakfast is the best in San Jose.
