Upon arrival, we were amazed by the luxurious amenities and personalized service provided by this hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all of our needs were met and even going above and beyond to cater to our dietary restrictions. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were beautifully maintained, and we were impressed by the in-house spa services, offering various body treatments. The beach access was a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas for a relaxing day by the water.

The only minor issue we experienced was with some ants in our room, but the staff were quick to address and resolve the issue. this hotel provided an unforgettable experience with its exceptional service, stunning amenities, and beautiful location.

The resort and villas, boasting 5-star luxury, provide an incredible experience. The personalized service provided by the staff goes above and beyond expectations. The head chef, Keith, prepares delicious meals that leave guests impressed. the resort offers a range of facilities such as a pool, outdoor jacuzzi, and beautifully maintained grounds. The GM, Nadir Contractor, personally welcomes guests and ensures their preferences are met.

Some aspects of the service fell short, including a lack of orientation upon arrival and technical issues with the TV.

The food was delicious and the views were breathtaking! We also loved being able to tour the spice gardens and try out different flavors. The location was perfect for a romantic escape and we enjoyed soaking up the sun on the private beach.

There were a lot of ants and other bugs in the rooms which made it hard to fully relax. We also found that some of the amenities were not as advertised and the staff were not as attentive or accommodating as we had hoped.
