We got great value for our money with a spacious and beautiful room in a fantastic forest environment. The location was perfect - close enough to attractions but secluded from the bustle. The staff treated us with excellent service, making us feel right at home.

The property itself is surreal! From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was taken care of efficiently. The staff, especially Wilson and Bernie, were incredibly nice and made our stay enjoyable. The room had complimentary drinks and plenty of water. It's the best place to stay regardless of the weather. The rooms and service were exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond. The shower with a view of the volcano was amazing. As vegans, we were impressed by the full vegan menu and the effort made to provide us with delicious breakfasts. The service and facilities were excellent, with a beautiful location and well-maintained grounds. The surprise birthday cake in our room was a nice touch, and the selection of toiletries and towels was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT. The spacious and well-equipped room set in a forest environment was stunning. The friendly and helpful staff made everything simple, and the view from the resort was breathtaking. We would definitely come back.

Bartender Fabio impressive mixologist and friend. Good bar snacks, steak sandwich recommended. Breakfast enjoyable. Friendly, helpful staff. Can't wait to return!

The shower was particularly impressive, with its size and the view of the forest. Additionally, the staff was helpful and friendly, assisting with adventure tours and car cleaning. We felt at home during our stay.

The lackluster dinner menu. It was already small, and to make matters worse, they were out of the specialty pot roast/stew, even though we dined early in the evening.

Soundproofing: While enjoying our peaceful retreat, we did experience some unwanted noise from our neighbor's phone conversation.

The breakfast was delicious and the free mini bar was very appreciated. The views from the hotel were stunning and the heated jacuzzi was a great touch. The staff were all fantastic and couldn't do enough for us during our stay.

The room we stayed in, unit 22, had an breathtaking view and was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, including a stocked mini bar, espresso machine, robes, and even a yoga mat. The property itself was serene and never felt crowded. The pools and warm plunge pool on the balcony were a nice touch. Breakfast was delicious and the restaurant staff were fantastic. our experience exceeded our expectations and we would definitely return to this adults-friendly retreat.
