I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming bed and breakfast nestled in the heart of a picturesque coastal village. Located near the harbour, it was the perfect spot for exploring the breathtaking surroundings and embarking on scenic hikes along the SW coastal trail. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The friendly staff went out of their way to ensure I had a delightful stay. Each morning, I was treated to a delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from. It truly was a lovely experience in a beautiful area.

The steep uphill walk back to the premises after a day of exploring, which may be tiring for some guests.

Had a great time at a guest house with spectacular views and breakfasts. the rooms were comfortable and came with everything you need to feel at home. the location was close to the main attractions, and it was easy to walk to local pubs and restaurants. the hosts were helpful and made sure everyone was taken care of. They even provided maps to make sure we had a great adventure around the town. Breakfast was amazing, with various pastries, freshly cooked meals and fresh fruit juices available.

If there was one thing to mention, it would be that the guest house was on top of a hill and the walk to get to it could potentially be a bit strenuous for those with mobility issues. Other than that, everything was enjoyable and I would recommend this accommodation to anyone.

The room TV could have been larger to match the high end finish and decor, a small issue compared to the rest of the fantastic facilities offered here. the service was exceptional, with helpful recommendations about places to visit.

The value for money at this B&B was exceptional - clean, modern room with all the amenities! Great location for exploring Cornwall, and the staff made us feel so welcome.

Hotel breakfast could have had a better selection.

I recently stayed at a beautiful bed and breakfast in Boscastle. The hosts have done a fantastic job renovating an old Edwardian house to a very high standard. The public rooms, as well as the bedroom and ensuite, were tastefully done and a pleasure to stay in. The ensuite bathroom exceeded my expectations and was absolutely gorgeous. After a long hike along the coastal path to Tintagel, the free standing bath was a delightful treat. The breakfast at House Bed & Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of fresh and delicious options. I highly recommend this lovely place to stay.

Our stay at the Bed & Breakfast was exceptional. The owners went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. The breakfast menu offered a wide range of options and the presentation was lovely. We especially enjoyed the freshly baked pastries and muffins. The attention to detail in our beautifully appointed room was outstanding. The comfortable bed with crisp white linen was a dream, and the en-suite bathroom with a double shower and deep freestanding bath was a luxurious treat. We even had fresh milk provided in glass bottles in a separate fridge outside our room. The owner's homemade traditional Cornish pasties were a delightful surprise and made for a delicious journey home. we highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and attention to detail.

I had the most delightful stay at this House Bed & Breakfast. Kim and Alan were incredibly welcoming and made my birthday extra special. The freshly cooked breakfasts were a highlight, with a variety of buffet treats and a daily special. The room I stayed in was attractively decorated and comfortable, with panoramic views of the fields and sea. The location was picturesque, and there were many walks to enjoy in the surrounding area. I particularly enjoyed visiting Rocky Valley and St. Nectan's Glen waterfall. I also appreciated the recommendations from the host for places to eat and visit in the area. I would highly recommend this lovely B&B to others.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast choices. Lovely room with big comfy bed. Big bathroom. Nice tea and biscuit tray. Large car park on site.

The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and well-equipped. the breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was beautifully presented. the owners were friendly and welcoming. the gardens were lovely and there was ample parking available.

Although the staff was helpful once we got their attention, it would have been more convenient to have these items provided without needing to ask.
