The hotel had good facilities with free paddle boards and canoes. The mixology class and ceviche making were great activities. The rooms had beautiful views, even from the shower. The staff was attentive and accommodating, even finding gluten-free options. The food was of high quality with plenty of vegetarian choices.

The setting on the cliff was absolutely stunning, and the rooms were spacious with awesome bathrooms. We loved our large balcony with a view of the water. One of the best things about this hotel was the variety of activities offered, especially taking a boat to the beach house. the food, both at the beach house and the hotel restaurant, was incredible. the staff was lovely and we enjoyed waking up to the sound of howler monkeys.

During the Easter break, the hotel was full of kids, so it might be more peaceful to visit when it's not spring break in the US. the location of the hotel is a bit isolated, making it difficult to explore outside options for dining. the service in the main restaurant could be slow, especially during breakfast and lunch.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view. the indoor/outdoor showers were a unique and enjoyable feature. the dining options were fantastic, with no bad meals. the staff was friendly and efficient. the property was spread out, allowing for pleasant walks in the warm weather. the abundance of wildlife, especially the monkeys, added to the overall joy of the stay.

There was an issue with the room view, but it was promptly resolved. There was an extra charge for non-standard coffee drinks, which felt a bit tacky.
