We recently stayed at The Salem Inn for a few nights and absolutely loved it! The staff were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful, even allowing us to sit in our room while it was being cleaned. The room itself was big, clean, and surprisingly quiet, thanks to our request for a quiet room. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, especially the delicious quiche. The overall cozy and homey atmosphere of the Inn was delightful, like staying with your grandmother.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. the location was perfect, right in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We were able to walk to all of the events and attractions we had planned. Secondly, the staff was exceptional. From the moment we checked in, Johnny at the front desk made us feel welcome and gave us great recommendations for places to eat. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped. We loved the character of our room, with the fireplace adding a cozy touch. The shower was great and everything was clean and tidy. Plus, breakfast was included, and the omelette station was a delightful surprise. Homemade omelets to start our day? Yes, please!

I also appreciated the fact that the inn was within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and all of Salem's points of interest.

We had an amazing stay at this venue in the heart of the city. We loved the fact that everything was within walking distance as we were attending a couple of events here. The staff here were great and very accommodating. We were pleasantly surprised by the welcome drink upon arrival and the housekeeping service did a great job. The room was well-equipped with heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, and a flat-screen TV. We also enjoyed having a sitting area and garden furniture outside. The continental breakfast served was delicious and we appreciated the free toiletries and cookware/kitchen utensils provided.

The hotel had a lot of stairs, which may be challenging for those who have difficulty with stairs or have heavy luggage.

Our weekend getaway was superb! We were treated like royalty from start to finish. the staff was super friendly and helpful, they went out of their way to accommodate our needs. the complimentary breakfast and wine and cheese hour were amazing! the location was perfect, a stone's throw away from great restaurants and local attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and clean room with a beautiful private balcony where we could unwind after a long day of exploring.

The only drawback was the lack of reliable WiFi in our room. Nevertheless, we had a phenomenal stay and will definitely come back for more amazing experiences!
