Great views from the restaurant, rooms, and pool. Recently remodeled with tasteful decoration. Closest hotel to lake entrance. Friendly staff and resident cat. Perfect for birdwatchers. Spacious rooms with double and twin beds. Close to Arenal National Park and adventure activities. Limited mobility guests must specify. Good breakfast spread. Public area has WiFi. Restaurant offers dinner a la carte.

Marvelous views of lake and volcano, spacious and comfortable rooms, very quiet area, great location for nature lovers and bird watchers, delicious breakfast and fresh fish for dinner, friendly staff and resident cat.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is located on a beautiful slope, providing stunning views of the lake and volcano. The rooms are spacious and offer extra beds, making them suitable for families. The staff is accommodating and made special arrangements for my son's breakfast.

The sheets were thin and kept falling off the mattress, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

Amazing lake views, peaceful rural surroundings, spacious rooms. The local pizza place and bar were excellent. Laundry service available. Nice pool and great for groups. Saved money on tourist outings with the shuttle drivers. I'd recommend this hotel for its beautiful location and decent value for money.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery visible from the restaurant, rooms, and pool. the hotel had recently been remodeled, evident in its tasteful decoration and attention to detail. the hotel's close proximity to the lake entrance was a major advantage, making it the closest hotel in the area.

The quality of the food, which was not up to par. The hamburger was also subpar, with thin and oily meat.
