The hotel is located on a beautiful slope, providing stunning views of the lake and volcano. The rooms are spacious and offer extra beds, making them suitable for families. The staff is accommodating and made special arrangements for my son's breakfast.

The sheets were thin and kept falling off the mattress, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.

We had an amazing Christmas vacation in a hotel with an incredible view of the volcano and the lake. the location was perfect for us, as we got to enjoy the beautiful rainforest and saw different wild animals. We also loved that the hotel was close to the Arenal National Park and hiking spots, which was a great adventure. Another thing we appreciated was the helpful and friendly staff who were always ready to assist us.

The only negative aspect of our stay was that the bathroom light was not replaced during our visit. it would be helpful if the staff spoke more English since we had a hard time communicating with them.

Amazing lake views, peaceful rural surroundings, spacious rooms. The local pizza place and bar were excellent. Laundry service available. Nice pool and great for groups. Saved money on tourist outings with the shuttle drivers. I'd recommend this hotel for its beautiful location and decent value for money.

The views from the hotel were absolutely stunning, with beautiful scenery visible from the restaurant, rooms, and pool. the hotel had recently been remodeled, evident in its tasteful decoration and attention to detail. the hotel's close proximity to the lake entrance was a major advantage, making it the closest hotel in the area.

The quality of the food, which was not up to par. The hamburger was also subpar, with thin and oily meat.
