I recently stayed at Hotel Ambassador in downtown Merida for 4 days. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and sightseeing options within walking distance. The staff was incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier, and the room was cleaned every morning with fresh towels provided. The bellman went above and beyond, showing me to my room, helping with the WiFi, and even walking me to the parking lot. a great experience!
