Nestled in a lush rainforest, this hotel offered a truly immersive experience. We woke up to the melodious chirping of exotic birds and even encountered playful monkeys during breakfast. The spacious room was tastefully decorated with wooden panels and had cozy forest-green bedcovers. The attentive staff made sure our stay was memorable, ensuring we had the best time possible. The outstanding breakfast spread included a variety of choices. Plus, the hotel's prime location allowed us to easily access all the attractions the Arenal area had to offer.

The wifi connection was unreliable and made it challenging for us to work remotely.

The value for money at this hotel is incredible. With affordable prices and excellent service, it exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the well-maintained grounds with beautiful flowers, butterflies, and hummingbirds, to the clean and spacious rooms equipped with all necessary facilities. The hotel's location was both quiet and convenient, providing easy access to La Fortuna and surrounding activities. The small number of rooms ensured that it wasn't overcrowded, allowing for a relaxing stay. The highlight was definitely the excellent swimming pool and the wonderful breakfast with its wide variety of choices and breathtaking views of the birds and Arenal volcano.

Spacious rooms with comfy beds, big windows, and veranda with amazing views. Clean pools and friendly security guard. Great breakfast and accommodating staff. As women traveling alone, we loved the safe and secure private entrances to each room. The view of the volcano from our porch and even from our bed was absolutely stunning. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, arranging tours and making recommendations. The grounds were well-maintained and the rooms were spacious with great amenities. The delicious breakfast provided each morning was a great added bonus. we had a fantastic stay at this hotel.

This hotel in the lovely hills of Arenal spoils its guests - the service is excellent! The staff pays attention to detail and makes sure that you have everything you need. The rooms come with amazing views to the Arenal volcano and offer basic amenities. Plus, breakfast included in the room rate is fantastic!

The bungalow-style rooms at Arenal Volcano Inn were absolutely beautiful. I loved waking up to the stunning view of the volcano. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I enjoyed the variety of options available at the breakfast buffet, and the other meals, including the brick oven pizzas, were delicious. The location of the inn was perfect for exploring the area and there were even short paths through the jungle where I could spot wildlife. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in La Fortuna.

The rooms could use a bit of updating, especially the bathrooms. The receptionists weren't very helpful when it came to providing information about tours and activities in Arenal.

The restaurant on-site served delicious food, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view of the volcano from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and made our stay even more special. The hotel also provided a sense of safety and security, with a guarded parking lot for our car. The pool and hot tub were a great way to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing staff, stunning views, and top-notch amenities.

Although our room was clean and well-presented, it was a bit on the small side. Additionally, there were a few cracks in the walls that allowed ants to enter, even when we didn't have any food exposed.

We stayed at Arenal Volcano Inn for 3 nights and had an incredible time. The hotel's surroundings are breathtaking, with lush vegetation and a stunning view of the volcano. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, arranging a fantastic day tour for us. The food was delicious, both for breakfast and other meals. The location was perfect, being halfway between Arenal and the town. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel.

The cabins were very cute and comfortable, with plenty of space for us. We loved that they offered a complimentary breakfast buffet with an extensive selection of fruits, hams, and cheeses. The location was perfect for exploring the area. We were able to easily access the main attractions and enjoyed some fantastic views.

While we appreciated the buffet selection, we were disappointed to see flies buzzing around the food. there were some birds that were too close for comfort during the meal.
