We had a fantastic experience at this place during our recent stay. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the old centre of the city. The service here was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff always available to assist us with anything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with great amenities, including a mini-bar, tea and coffee facilities. The spa and wellness centre provided a relaxing retreat, with a variety of treatments and a stunning view of the city. we were impressed by the high level of comfort and the quality of services provided here.

We had a wonderful stay at Mercure in Almaty. The spa, with its stunning view of the city, was truly relaxing. The spa staff, especially the girl at the spa desk, were professional and kind. The structure of the hotel was modern and the furnishings were clean and simple. The absence of the dreaded carpet was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was by far the best we had during our time in the area. we highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful and clean hotel. The location was perfect, right at the city center with easy access to all the attractions. The room was cozy and comfortable with a stunning view of the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and there were plenty of food options nearby. The hotel also provided great amenities like a grocery store and beauty salon nearby.

The check-in process could have been smoother and the staff could have been more attentive to our needs.

During my Easter stay, I liked that the hotel had free bottled water in the room and that they included two complementary treats, one on arrival and one on departure. the location was perfect since it was within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Another advantage was that the rooftop offered a stunning view of the city.

The negatives outweigh the positives as our stay was plagued with issues. the bed was uncomfortable and the room was too hot, despite us turning down the thermostat.
